Does NASS work with helicopters or fixed-wing integration?

Over the past 15 years, NASS projects have included both fixed-wing and rotary wing (helicopter) systems integration as well as installations on ships and ground vehicles.

Does NASS have experience with our organizations type of aircraft?

The NASS staff of FAA certified professionals has expert installation and integration experience with more than 75 types of civilian, police and military aircraft. You can view a list of Aircraft Types under the Company tab of this website.

Does NASS have a variety of camera and product mounts with Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs)?

Yes, NASS holds the STC on a variety of mounts for many aircraft. NASS provides design, test and STC certification services if required. For those applications that do not require an STC, NASS supplies a complete FAA approved documentation package.

Do NASS crews travel to every country?

NASS technical teams have successfully completed installation projects in more than 22 countries. Our rapid response to our client's project deadlines has helped build a strong repeat customer base. Global travel for NASS teams is governed by the guidelines set by the U.S. Department of State.

How long does a 'typical' project take?

Unfortunately, there are few 'typical' projects. Each client's project has unique requirements and each aircraft or vehicle will have a unique integration process. However, NASS' extensive experience allows us to provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost and completion timelines. A physical survey of the aircraft or other vehicle may be required to develop a quotation.

Will NASS handle an entire project 'turnkey' or do I need to purchase all the components separately?

Yes, NASS handles many projects as a turnkey contract. This provides our clients with a project completion that is efficient and seamless. NASS will take the responsibility for component compatibility, wiring layouts, shipping schedules and export documentation.

Do I have a choice of brands of components or does NASS only work with certain vendors?

If you have a preferred product line due to past experience or you just want to remain compatible with systems you currently own, our NASS integrators will design your installation using your choice of components or we can help you make informed decisions that will help you get the performance you want from your system.

Can NASS design a mount for my microwave broadcast system?

Our NASS integration team can design mounts for both a directional antenna pod and an extendable omni-directional broadcast antenna.

What kind of warranty and support after installation can I expect from NASS?

Our standard warranty is one year or 1000 flight hours whichever occurs first. Extended warrantees are also available.
