Training and Customer Support
NASS provides on-site training worldwide for all equipment included in your order.
Mission specialists and/or factory representatives can offer specialized product instruction at your location. This can include Moving Map Systems, IR Sensor, and recording device training.
NASS also provides specialized training for Night Vision Goggles (NVG) operation. With Night Readiness, a NASS teaming partner, customers receive the most realistic and precise instruction available. Experienced mission specialists conduct virtual training systems for the use of NVG in night flight and ground operations.
Customer Support
Most new surveillance systems need full operational analysis before a final design is recommended. North American Surveillance Systems works with the end user before and after the contract is finalized. Our sales and engineering staff will discuss user priorities, project objectives and system budget before final quotations are complete. After an agreement has been reached, NASS will participate in Critical Design meetings with the end user to assure the complete system is designed to meet all requirements as set out in the contract.
